If you want a specific vehicle - any model year 2000 or newer - that is not currently sitting in our lot inventory, we can find it at a dealer-only auction through our licensed dealer partner, buy it on your behalf, and deliver it to you for the auction price plus a flat $699 service fee.

Step 1: Tell Us What You Want - How Specific Should You Be?
As specific or as open as you like. If you already know the year, make, model, trim, color, and mileage ceiling, give us all of it - that narrows the auction search immediately. If you only know you need a reliable commuter sedan under a certain budget, that works too; we will ask follow-up questions to narrow it down before we search anything.
Step 2: What Happens in the Online Consultation?
A short video or phone call to confirm exactly what you are looking for and set expectations on timeline and pricing. This is also where we talk through financing if you need it - available for all credit situations - and confirm whether you are picking up in Lebanon or need delivery. Step 3: How Do You Actually Find the Vehicle at a Dealer-Only Auction?

Step 4: Who Pays for the Car at Auction?
We do. Once you confirm the vehicle and price, we purchase it using our own pre-paid auction account - you never deposit money into an auction yourself. That is one of the biggest differences between this service and trying to bid at auction on your own: there is no account to open, no deposit to risk, and no bidding to learn.
Step 5: What Happens Between Purchase and Delivery?
We handle transport, title transfer, and paperwork. Delivery within the Lebanon area is included in the $699 fee; outside Lebanon, transport costs are quoted up front before you commit to anything. Timelines run typically 1 to 3 weeks - common vehicles move faster, rarer specs can take longer since they simply do not appear at auction as often.

You pay the actual auction price plus standard auction fees, plus the flat $699 service fee - that is the whole structure. Dealer markups on used vehicles typically run $2,000 to $5,000 over auction price, so on a $15,000 vehicle, the $699 fee can mean a savings of roughly $1,300 to $4,300 compared to buying the same car off a traditional dealer lot.
